In April 2025, the Indian Socio Income and Grievance Helping Trust (INSIGHT) successfully implemented community welfare initiatives in the Algadiha region of Hazaribagh district, Jharkhand, focusing on public service and social support.

 

Five days Awareness' Program for Unorganized Brick Kiln Workers:
INSIGHT conducted a awareness campaign  for unorganized laborers working in brick kilns. Considering the impact of high temperatures, volunteers distributed cold drinks and snacks to the workers, offering much-needed relief during their physically demanding work.

 

INSIGHT’s continued dedication to social welfare, community engagement, and humanitarian support, positively impacting both festival participants and labor communities in the region.
