भारतीय सामाजिक आय एवं शिकायत सहायता ट्रस्ट (इनसाइट) भारतीय ट्रस्ट पंजीकरण अधिनियम 1982 के अंतर्गत पंजीकृत एक धर्मार्थ संगठन है, जिसका पंजीकरण संख्या 2025/DHAN/23/BK4/36 दिनांक 17/01/2025 है और नीति आयोग, भारत सरकार द्वारा JH/2025/0510919, CSR पहल के तहत Neidco समूह की पहल है। यह भारत के वंचित ग्रामीण समुदायों को बाल देखभाल, वृद्धावस्था, सड़क पर रहने वाले पशुओं के कल्याण और महिला विकास प्रदान करने के लिए काम करता है। हमारे वरिष्ठ टीम के सदस्य जैसे पूर्व नाबार्ड / बैंक उद्योग विभाग / कोल इंडिया लिमिटेड / सिविल सोसाइटी / एनजीओ अधिकारी और पूर्व सलाहकार निम्समे, हैदराबाद (भारत सरकार) राज्य और राष्ट्रीय दोनों स्तरों पर कई नीति निर्माण निकायों का हिस्सा हैं।
Indian Socio Income and Grievance Helping Trust ( INSIGHT ) is the charitable organization registered under the Indian Trust Registration Act 1982 Registration No. 2025/DHAN/23/BK4/36 by dated 17/01/2025 and JH/2025/0510919 by Niti Aayog, Government of Bharat, Initiative by Neidco Group under CSR initiative. It works to provide Child care, Old Age, Street animal welfare and women development to the under privileged rural communities of Bharat. Our Senior team members like former NABARD /Bank Industry Department/Coal India Limited / Civil Society/ NGO Officials and Ex-Consultant Ni-msme, Hyderabad (Government of India) are a part of several policy making bodies both at the State and National levels.

हमारा मिशन यह सुनिश्चित करना है कि "हर बच्चे/बुजुर्ग, सड़क पर रहने वाले जानवर और महिलाओं की अच्छी देखभाल हो।" हर साल, हम ग्रामीण और शहरी दोनों क्षेत्रों में कई तरह के हस्तक्षेपों के माध्यम से हज़ारों बच्चों/बुजुर्गों की देखभाल, सड़क पर रहने वाले जानवरों की सुरक्षा और महिला सशक्तिकरण कार्यक्रम तक पहुँचते हैं। हमारे कार्यक्रमों में ज़रूरतमंद उद्यमियों, SHG समूह के सदस्यों, किसान क्लब और FPO को उनके बैंक लिंकेज/बाज़ार लिंकेज के साथ कौशल पहल कार्यशाला/प्रशिक्षण शामिल हैं। हम नीडको समूह की परियोजना के माध्यम से कृषि उत्पादों के प्रचार के क्षेत्र में भी ध्यान केंद्रित करते हैं।
Our mission is to ensure "Every Child/Old age, Street animal and Women Care well." Every year, we reach thousands of Child/Old Age Care, Street Animal Protection and Women Empowerment program in both rural and urban areas through a range of interventions. Our programs include Skill Initiative Workshop/Training to Needy Entrepreneurs, SHG Group Members , Farmers Club and FPO’s with their Bank linkage/market linkage. We also focus in area of agriculture products promotion through project of Neidco Group.

हमारा संगठन ग्रामीण उद्यमिता, एसएचजी वित्तीय समावेशन, बाल/वृद्धावस्था और महिला सुरक्षा, पर्यावरण संरक्षण, शिक्षा और आय सृजन में सक्रिय रूप से भाग लेने के लिए नागरिकों की इच्छा के रूप में स्थापित किया गया था, साथ ही नाबार्ड, जिला जल और स्वच्छता मिशन, जिला ग्रामीण विकास प्राधिकरण, कपार्ट, सिडबी, सहकारिता विभाग, उद्योग विभाग, कल्याण विभाग और वाणिज्यिक बैंकों के सहयोग से सतत विकास अवधारणा को साकार करने के माध्यम से नागरिक समाज विकास में सक्रिय भूमिका निभाने के लिए स्थापित किया गया था।
Our organization was established as the will of citizens to participate actively in rural entrepreneurship, SHG Financial Inclusion,Child/Old age and women protection, conservation of environment Education and Income generation, as well as to take an active role in the civil society development through and realization of the sustainable development concept in association NABARD, District Water and Sanitation Mission, District Rural Development Authority ,CAPART ,SIDBI , Co-operative Department , Industry Department , Welfare Department and Commercial Banks.
