पुरस्कार और मान्यता एक ऐसी प्रणाली है, जिसमें लोगों को उनके प्रदर्शन के लिए आंतरिक या बाह्य तरीकों से मान्यता दी जाती है। मान्यता और पुरस्कार ऐसे कार्य वातावरण में मौजूद होते हैं, जहाँ निष्पक्ष और समयबद्ध तरीके से टीम के प्रयासों की उचित स्वीकृति और सराहना होती है।

 

 

"अपनी स्थापना के बाद से, भारतीय सामाजिक आय और शिकायत सहायता ट्रस्ट- INSIGHT ने लगातार "हर बच्चे/बुजुर्ग, सड़क पर रहने वाले जानवर और महिलाओं की अच्छी देखभाल" के प्रति प्रतिबद्धता का प्रदर्शन किया है, अभिनव रणनीतियों और समर्पित टीमवर्क के माध्यम से उल्लेखनीय परिणाम प्राप्त किए हैं। हम सरकारी नीति/सीएसआर अवधारणा और लाभार्थियों के बीच खुद को पुल के रूप में बनाने के अपने विज़न के ट्रैक रिकॉर्ड पर बहुत गर्व करते हैं।
